Voting

At the initial stage, verified membership and one vote per member or node are recommended for general matters. Technical accreditation decisions should remain with competent, independent reviewers.

Transparency

Proposals, results, minutes and conflicts of interest should be documented. Snapshot or similar tools may record consultations without replacing institutional controls.
